Condominium PSI is one of the most common PSI engagements in Singapore. The MCST is legally responsible and typically funds the inspection from the sinking fund. The inspection covers all common structural areas โ car parks, corridors, lift lobbies, pool decks, rooftops, and building perimeters.
For large condominiums, access coordination is critical. We work directly with your managing agent and security team to plan inspection access in phases, minimising disruption to residents. Individual unit access is not required for Stage 1.
