Who We Are
PE Consultants Pte Ltd is a Singapore engineering practice founded by Er. David Zheng Zhijian (PE Civil, PEB No. 4385), specialising in BCA Periodic Structural Inspection (PSI) under Section 28 of the Building Control Act. We are one of Singapore's most experienced PSI practices, having inspected over 500 buildings ranging from single shophouses to large condominium developments and industrial complexes.
Every PSI inspection is personally conducted and certified by a PEB-registered Professional Engineer β not delegated to unlicensed site assistants. This commitment to direct PE involvement is non-negotiable and reflects our belief that professional liability must be matched with direct professional accountability.
