BCA-PSI.sg started as the PSI practice website of PE Consultants Pte Ltd. The forms, report builders and checklists our engineers developed for our own PSI work are now available to every Professional Engineer and firm doing PSI and PFI work in Singapore.
The platform is operated by QP ADVISORY PTE. LTD. (UEN 201132558W), which sells the licences and issues receipts. The tools are maintained by practising engineers and updated when BCA forms or guidance change.

Our principles
