QP ADVISORY PTE. LTD. (UEN 201132558W) operates BCA-PSI.sg and PFI.sg and is responsible for personal data collected through it, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, and the name and company you enter for receipts.
• Orders: items bought, amounts, PayNow reference you give us, receipt numbers and licence dates.
• Security logs: log-in times and IP addresses, kept to protect accounts and prevent abuse.
• Messages you send through the contact form.

What we do not collect

BCA notices, photographs, building details, signatures, stamps and reports that you work on in the tools are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. Tool inputs you save are stored on your device or in files you download.

How we use it

To log you in, process orders, issue receipts, provide access, answer enquiries and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: a log-in session cookie and a form-security cookie.

Retention

Order and receipt records are kept as long as required for accounting (generally 5 years). You can ask us to close your account and delete other data.
