Terms of sale and use

1. Who we are

BCA-PSI.sg is operated by QP ADVISORY PTE. LTD. (UEN 201132558W) (“QP Advisory”, “we”). By buying a licence or using the tools you agree to these terms.

2. Licences

A licence gives one named user (the email address on the order) access to the tool(s) listed on the order for the stated number of days from activation. Licences may not be shared, resold or used to provide the tools to others. Renewals extend from the current expiry date. Accounts with pre-approved email domains are granted access at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn.

3. Prices, payment and receipts

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars on the pricing page at the time of order. Payment is by PayNow to QP Advisory using the order reference. The licence is activated, and a numbered receipt issued, once we have confirmed the payment. We may cancel unpaid orders.

4. Refunds

Because licences are digital and start on activation, they are not refundable once activated, except where required by law, or where you paid in error or twice, in which case we will refund the excess. Contact us within 14 days of payment.

5. Professional responsibility

The tools are drafting aids. They do not inspect buildings, issue professional opinions, certify structural adequacy or legal compliance, or guarantee acceptance of any submission by BCA or any other authority. You are solely responsible for your inspections, judgements, designs, documents, signatures and submissions, and for checking every output before use. Method templates and references are provided for convenience; you must verify that they are current and applicable to your project.

6. Your content

Notices, photographs, inputs and reports you work on are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us, except information you choose to send us (for example in a contact message). You are responsible for keeping your own copies.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the tools available and up to date but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve or change the tools, including to follow changes to BCA forms. If we withdraw a tool you have paid for before your licence ends, we will refund the unused portion or provide a replacement.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a licence is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from the use of outputs without professional verification.

9. Not affiliated with BCA

BCA-PSI.sg is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Building and Construction Authority. BCA forms are used in their published layouts for the purpose of completing them.
